Non-Profit Corporation. Breakers is a federally qualified 501(c)(3) nonprofit, public benefit corporation and is not organized for the private gain of any person. It is organized under federal and state Nonprofit Public Benefit Corporation Law for charitable purposes.

Tax-Deductible Donations. Donations are fully tax-deductible so long as you receive neither goods nor services in consideration for your contribution. Breakers’ Federal Tax ID No. is 37-1981781.

Privacy Policy. Personal information provided in our registration process is used to administer Breakers activities only. Breakers does not publish, provide or sell personal information to third parties with the exception of medical emergency information as authorized during the registration process.

USA Water Polo Membership. ALL athletes are required to be current members of USA Water Polo as a Silver or Gold member. Registration is mandatory because it provides liability insurance and supplemental medical insurance. It is also required for participation in water polo competitions. You can register as an individual or as a member of our club. We are in Pacific Zone #6. Our club number is #34939. USA Water Polo Registration

Scholarships. Breakers does not turn away any athlete because of financial hardship. It offers grants/scholarships to those athletes who request them. Please do not hesitate to speak with the club president or treasurer. All requests are considered private.

Safety. Our athletes’ safety is of paramount importance to us. Breakers complies with all safety rules and regulations as set forth by USA Water Polo and the pool facilities where we practice. All coaches are USAWP-certified and have current CPR, First Aid and AED training. All coaches have participated in Concussion Protocol and Safe Sport Training. All coaches have current background checks through USAWP.
